As a women-owned small business, we've created a welcoming, judgment-free space where every client feels comfortable, respected, and cared for. We believe quality services should never feel rushed, so we take the time to make every appointment as comfortable and personalized as possible. In addition to expert waxing, we also offer customized skincare treatments, brow waxing, and teeth whitening. We look forward to welcoming you!
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life happens, and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To respect our time and that of other guests, we ask that any changes be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. •Late Arrivals: If you are running late, please call us as soon as possible. Depending on our schedule, we may or may not be able to accommodate you. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. •No-Show & Same-Day Cancellations: A 50% fee of the scheduled service will be charged for all no-shows and same-day cancellations. Our booking system sends a text and email reminder 24 hours before your appointment to help you manage your schedule. Please note that we do not personally reach out if you do not show up—your card will be automatically charged per our policy. A valid card on file is required to book an appointment. Your card will only be charged in accordance with this cancellation policy or at the completion of your service. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you at Alluring Vibes!
